About these terms
These Terms of Service (Terms) are an agreement between you and the administrator of the crons.ai service (we, us) for the use of the website, the web application, the API and related services (the Service). If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may bind that company to these Terms, and you means that company. Questions about these Terms go to support@crons.ai.
The service
Crons lets you describe recurring jobs in plain English and run them as scheduled AI agents called crons. A cron can fetch web pages, run browser actions, call APIs, use AI reasoning, read and write memory, wait for approval and deliver results to tools you connect. We may improve, change or replace features over time, as long as the core function of your plan stays available during the paid period.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login details safe and tell us at support@crons.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including actions by members you invite. You must be at least 16 and use the Service for business or professional purposes.
Subscription plans
The Service is available only through paid subscriptions. There is no free plan, no credits and no top ups. The homepage demo shows a parsed schedule, steps and a sample result without an account, and running crons requires a paid plan.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $99 per month | $588 per year ($49 per month) |
| Pro | $299 per month | $1,788 per year ($149 per month) |
| Teams | $999 per month | $5,988 per year ($499 per month) |
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Taxes are added where the law requires. Current plan details are on the pricing page. If we change prices, the new price applies from your next renewal after we give you notice by email.
Plan limits
Each plan includes limits on active crons, runs per month, AI calls per month and per day, browser minutes, minimum frequency, seats and run log retention. Usage counters reset with each billing period. Deleting a cron or its results does not return usage. We alert you at 80 percent of a limit and stop runs before a limit is exceeded. Unlimited active crons on Teams are subject to fair use and the run limit of the plan. To get higher limits, upgrade your plan.
Upgrades and downgrades
When you move to a more expensive plan or from monthly to yearly billing, the difference is charged immediately and the new plan starts once that payment succeeds. When you move to a cheaper plan, the change applies without a refund to your card, and your limits follow the new plan.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that break anti spam laws,
- scrape or access websites in a way that breaks their terms, bypasses access controls or places an unreasonable load on them,
- collect or process personal data without a lawful basis,
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others,
- distribute malware, probe systems without permission or attack any network,
- build anything illegal, deceptive, harassing or discriminatory,
- resell the Service or circumvent plan limits, including by creating multiple accounts.
You are responsible for the credentials you store, for the permissions you grant to connected tools, and for reviewing and approving critical actions such as emails to customers, writes to a CRM or public posts. Crons never executes payments. We may suspend crons or accounts that break these rules, with notice where possible.
Your content
You keep ownership of your crons, inputs, memory and results. You give us the rights needed to host, process and transmit that content to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
AI output
AI reasoning steps produce output that can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and the same input can produce different output. Web sources a cron reads can also be inaccurate. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them for business, legal, financial or employment decisions. Approval gates and run logs exist to help you do that.
Cancellation and payments
You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are final, with the limited exceptions described in our refund policy.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and pause running crons until the balance is paid. We may terminate an account for serious or repeated breach of these Terms.
Availability
We work to keep the Service available and to run crons on schedule, but scheduled runs can be delayed by maintenance, outages of connected tools or events outside our control. On the Teams plan we commit to 99.9 percent monthly uptime of the app, API, webhooks and scheduler, scheduled runs starting within 2 minutes of their time and a first support reply within 4 business hours. If monthly uptime falls below 99.9 percent, Teams receives a service credit of 10 percent of the monthly fee for each full 0.1 percent below the target, up to 50 percent, applied to the next invoice. Planned maintenance announced 72 hours ahead and outages of connected tools are excluded. Service credits are the only remedy for missed service levels and are not paid out as refunds.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claims in a 12 month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intentional misconduct.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We tell account owners about material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the law of the seat of the administrator of the crons.ai service, and disputes go to the courts competent for that seat, unless mandatory consumer law gives you other rights. Contact us at support@crons.ai.
