Cookie Policy

Short answer

Crons uses only strictly necessary cookies that keep you signed in, protect forms and remember a simple preference. We use no analytics or advertising cookies, which is why the site shows no consent banner.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember information between pages, such as the fact that you are signed in. Similar technologies, such as local storage, are covered by this policy too. Session cookies disappear when they expire or when you sign out, and persistent cookies stay until their duration ends or you delete them.

Cookies we use

crons.ai sets only cookies that are strictly necessary for the service you request. Without them you could not sign in, keep a session or submit forms securely.

Cookies set by crons.ai
NamePurposeDuration
crons_session Keeps you signed in and links requests to your session 2 hours, renewed while you are active
XSRF-TOKEN Protects forms and actions against cross site request forgery 2 hours
remember_web_* Keeps you signed in on this device when you choose to stay signed in Until you sign out or the period set at sign in ends
Preference such as billing toggle Remembers a display choice like monthly or yearly prices on the pricing page Up to 1 year, stored locally

What we do not use

  • No advertising cookies and no advertising pixels.
  • No cross site tracking or profiling.
  • No analytics cookies. Any usage statistics we collect are cookieless and aggregated.

Because every cookie we set is strictly necessary, the law does not require consent for them, and we do not show a cookie consent banner. If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for consent first and update this policy. The cookies we set never contain the content of your crons, run logs or connected account tokens. They hold only random identifiers that our servers use to recognize your session and to check that a form was sent from our own pages.

Third party pages

When you pay, you are taken to the payment operator checkout page, and when you connect an integration such as Slack, Gmail, HubSpot, Google Sheets or Notion, you sign in on that provider page. Those pages set their own cookies under their own policies.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or use the application. More about how we process data is in the privacy policy. Questions go to support@crons.ai.
