Billing questions
Is there a free plan or free trial?
There is no free plan. You can build a cron on the homepage and see its schedule, steps and a sample first result without an account. Running crons needs one of the three paid plans.
What counts as a run and an AI call?
A run is one execution of a cron, whether it starts on schedule, from Run now, a webhook or the API. An AI call is one model step inside a run. Both are counted per billing period and shown in your dashboard.
What happens when I reach a limit?
You get an alert at 80 percent of monthly runs or AI calls. At 100 percent new runs stop before any AI call is made, so there is never a surprise bill. Crons resume with the next billing period or right after an upgrade.
Does deleting a cron give back usage?
No. Runs and AI calls are usage counted per billing period, so deleting a cron or a run does not return them. Your allowance resets when the next period starts.
Can I buy extra credits or top ups?
No. Crons has no credits and no top ups. Each plan has flat monthly limits, and moving to a higher plan is the way to get more runs and AI calls.
How do upgrades work?
When you move to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly billing, the difference is charged right away and the new limits apply as soon as the payment goes through.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel in the billing portal from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew after that.
Are payments refundable?
Payments are final. Exceptions are a duplicate charge, a charge you did not authorize and a total failure of the service. The details are in the refund policy.
Can we pay for Teams by card?
Yes. Teams is bought in the same checkout as the other plans, monthly or yearly, with invoices for every payment.
